The Harbingers have grown out of frustration with the leadership in Gnarhelm, Norland, and Norheim. Her¬alds and bards have spread the word of their movement throughout the archipelago, and it has taken root. Their message resonates so much that Harbinger companies have spawned on every island, most of whom their only encounter with the faction is the tales of liberation they have heard.
